Bad customer service

I purchased a very expensive pair of sunglasses from EyewearSA where I dealth with Yakoob. Before the warranty experied the paint started peeling off the frame for no apparent reason. I've been asked to return the glasses for assessment although they've had my sunglasses for nearly a month without any communication. I would not advise making use of them.
