No Sunnies, No Replies, No tolerance

<p>I've never been o angry at any company. I saw their sunglasses on facebook, I placed my order knowing some people have had no problem with them. </p> <p>They said they order it from overseas and it would take 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks I contacted them asking about my sunglasses. I got very frustrated when I got no reply. After a few days the owner rep**** saying that she was in hospital and someone else did her admin. I asked for a refund and she said that they will arrive soon and asked if I still wanted a refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>After a week I mailed them again after hearing nothing from them, now almost 2 months have gone by. She mailed back saying the sunglasses have been delivered and signed for. </p> <p>I was very ****ed at that stage, since they delivered to my old adress where my ex asshole landlord lives. And they did'nt even notify me that my glasses have come. They just left it for anyone to sign at the main house, without even contacting me at all!</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent an mail back saying that this is unacceptable, since I said to them I will come pick up my sunnies personally and I didnt pay for it to be delivered.</p> <p> </p> <p>All she rep**** is that it has been deliverd and signed for.. theres nothing the can do.</p> <p>Now shes not replying on any of my mails...</p>
