billing without notice

eyes at work came to our building at kent, it is the first time i approached them so obviously i do not know the procedure. the lady then gave me the prices of the glasses only, and asked me to sit down to do an eye test where she mentioned nothing about any cost besides that is would cost R1000.00 for the frame only. after leaving there with a reciept and went back to my desk i had to go all the way back down to get the slip of my eye test, still there was no mention of any additional fees. i went in to see an optometrist who was very clear that my medical aid would not pay for glasses again so i asked her to leave it. (still no mention about fees) and today 24.11.2015 i get a call to pay R200.00 for an eyes test. i did tell Moyo she mentioned nothing to me and she tells me but my friend paid so why cant I, where i explained to her my friend didnt mention anything about it to me and does not work for Eyes at work, anyways after that i told her send me an email i will pay the R200.00 and then i get a mail to pay R250.00
