****a Optometrist

I have had the worst service from these people from day 1 of taking specs and sunglasses from them. When I took my pair of glass I was told everything was covered, later learnt after having had the specs that I had to further pay.

I have been wearing the reading specs and never my sunglasses. When I now want my original lenses for my sunglasses I am screamed at by an *********** employee that it was 4 years ago they don't have it - the ****** hell! why did you not include the originals in the first place. firstly you pay a hefty fee with this ridiculous optometrist and not get given the originals. I have never worn the pair and has been lying there since I got them The optometrist that is run like a ****a shop and you find the *********** ladies who handle your complaint saying "well i'm just telling you a message" - BUT what is the solution? then she will huff and puff over the line and then speak in her language. Im still waiting for a call with a solution.
