Review: Eyes and Ears – Disappointing Experience Due to Miscommunication and Payment Issues

My experience with Eyes and Ears has been less than satisfactory, primarily due to persistent miscommunication and delayed or unclear payments.

From the outset, there seemed to be a disconnect between departments and individuals. Despite initial promises of transparency and collaboration, communication was often inconsistent, unclear, or entirely lacking. Critical information was relayed too late or not at all, leading to confusion and unnecessary setbacks. When you’re working with a company that markets itself as having a strong pulse on its clients' needs — its “eyes and ears” — it’s especially frustrating to feel unheard or left in the dark.
