EyeQ Menlyn staff not only *********** but rude

I handed in my glasses at EyeQ Menlyn today because my one lens had come out. The receptionist took it and heated the frame to try to refit it, but couldn't get it to fit back in properly and said that she would wait for the optometrist. I returned 20 minutes later, at which point the optometrist was there but the receptionist was not. The optometrist told me that they wouldn't be able to repair my glasses because "someone" had heated the frame and in the process damaged the bevel (inside of the frame). When I explained to her that it was the person I had handed it in to, she refused to accept it and said that it must have been "the previous person who worked on my glasses". Even after I explained that I had never taken my glasses in to anyone for repair and that I had bought them from their practice, she kept insisting that it was someone else's fault and became incredibly rude and annoyed when I repeated what had happened. I'm sorry to say that I didn't get her name, but the incompetence and unprofessionalism of the staff and specifically the optometrist that I had to speak to means that I most definitely won't return there in future.
