Eye Q Canal walk - NEVER AGAIN

We purchases a frames and had lenses made at Eye Q canal walk and NEVER AGAIN because; 1) We waited much longer for the specs compared to the agreed period and had to get another branch to obtain it from the lab 2) The specs broke within the first week just before lockdown 3) We had to return these NEW specs more than 5 times for repairs - at our own expense, time and suffering 4) When we enquired about the warranty, the manager at Canal Walk told us that she won't contact the supplier and we just have to bring it back every time it breaks. 5) To date we have not received an apology or acknowledgement for our time (multiple trips) and other expenses and were told to once again bring the specs for an assessment. At this stage, we are planning to purchase new specs and NEVER AGAIN at EyeQ - Canal walk
