APPALLING SERVICE

I had an eye test on the 28th August 2015 because i wanted contact lenses because already have prescription glasses. I was then convinced by the sales person and even the optician that i needed new glasses because my eye sight has deteriorated since my last eye test.I agreed to this and picked a frame.She managed to claim about a quarter of the amount to my medical aid and i had to pay the difference. I then told her i would come back the next week, i then couldnt go back on that week but i called saying i would be there the following week.She told me that i would also fit my contact lenses on the day and made an appointment for 4:30pm since i knock off at work at 4pm.When i got to the shop i was told that i was late for the appointment with an attitude by one of the ladies and this time Halima wasnt there.i told her i was within the time i was scheduled to be there by.she then told me i had to pay a fee for fitting the contact lenses which i wasnt told by Halima.She called me numerous times before for the balance but didnt mention paying a fee.i left there without getting the contact lenses and only taking glasses which i didnt go there for initially.Lady that helped didnt careles
