Complaint

Their services is inconsistent and inconvenient, I did a consultation last year and they failed to submit a claim to my medical aid instead they lie and told me the claim was denied whereas they didn't sent the request when I asked my provider. The reference number the got doesn't match with the one for medical aid, that's how I realised that they gave me untrue statement.
