Gracious resolution to a problem

I purchased a dash cam from the above company and only more than 2 weeks later found the item faulty. Charmaine and her company were very accommodating, and keen to resolve the issue in a way that was both fast and very pleasing. I am thoroughly overjoyed at the experience I have had with this company and will sure use them again if the need arises.
