Unreliable, too expensive and unprofessional

Eyeconic Optometrist, are daylight ******s. They are running a R95 eyetest special. I was told I need to pay R500 to activate an account. My bank card was swiped for debit payment purposes wich would only be activated by me paying the R500. 2 days later I called to cancel as the amount of +R4900 amount was too much for me just for glasses. I gave all my info on the phone. I was told it will be canceled. 2 months later an amount of +R1400 was debited from my bank account. I contacted them and I was told to come to the office to cancel and reverse my money. I went and they couldn't cancel nor reverse the payment. I was told that their finance manager will manually do it. 3 weeks later, no update, not cancelation and no refund. This means they will be debiting again on the 15th as they have not cancelled this debit on my account.
