Good optometry, poor customer service

These guys postponed my appointment twice, then failed to tell me the spectacles were ready - I had to ask them twice. I also asked them to give me a copy of the invoice, so I could submit it to my medical aid. I'm still waiting. The optometry itself went well, and I'm happy with my new spectacles. But they really need to improve the other services around their optometry.
