Worst run customer service

they invoiced us over a month ago and failed to tell us they were not in the country. after countless follow ups with them even saying they have no clue who we are they arrived to say another 1600 for them to hire equipment to install because we have stairs. when we asked for a refund they said we could only get 500. they installed one panel yesterday which is already bubbling as shown in the pictures. Probably the worst customer experience I've ever come across, insults and all.
