STAY AWAY FROM EXTREME/EXPRESS LOCKSMITHS

Stay away from EXTREME/EXPRESS Locksmiths! They are *******S! They come out, say they cant give you a quote until the job is done. They go ahead and then slap you with a LUDICROUS bill that you have to pay. They had to open a back door and security door and replace the locks (normal day to day doors). Billed R5950! They charge R750 for a R110 lock, R850 for a R310 lock, a picking fee of R3300, labour fee of R850, call out fee of R200. Unfortunately the amount was paid (stupid I know). On trying to query the ludicrous amounts I was totally ignored until I advised of my exposure of them on FB. I was offered R1500 refund which I refused and was then promptly threatened with the POPI act. They obviously have not heard of the Consumer Protection Act. They need to be exposed so that no one else is **********
