Yamaha sadness...

The experience in the beginning was satisfying enough to spend over R50k with them. Then when the last incident happened, engin got opened - "fixed" & less then 7000km later taken back to find that the Main-end-bearing is damaged beyond repair. Said that i need to fork out another R20000 to repair that. Taken to another retired international Yamaha mechanic - he said that this is dishonesty & taking me for a ride. 5 months down the line & i'm still struggling to save money up to fix my 2014 Ténéré due to an in-house mistake & having to use others transport since then. For me i will never buy from them or give my support again, or recommend them to anyone. Will rather drive to another city to look for honest support & service. Hence the 2 stars: good service while you pay, then turn their back on you when they can't man up to their mistakes...sad to say the least...
