Very poor quality product, no after sales service

<p>Our steel and timber garden gate looked good when first installed but failed after just a few months. One would think that a steel gate would last forever! However the hinge has snapped and the locking post was so badly fixed it is coming loose off the pillar. This is a security risk for us and we get no come back response from Chester Visser. We have had to contact another company at our own time and expense to sort this out. This is NOT acceptable!</p>
