Bad service

We have ordered gates from Chester Visser over 5 month's ago and since then only one refurbished gate was delivered and 3 tracks installed. We are trying to get hold of him on a daily basis the last three months without any success whatsoever. We have also paid 70% deposit towards the project that we are now writing off as a lost. We are also forced to get someone else to do the job for us. This is totally unacceptable service
