Problematic security cameras

I have done business with them in the past and it has always been difficult to get them to do work in time and on scheduled dates. They installed another camera at my house 6 months ago and then this camera all of a sudden stopped working. I struggled for 2 weeks to get them to come and see what the problem is. Eventually when they got there, they removed the camera and took it to their shop. Few minutes later they called and said that the camera doesn't get power, so I need to buy a new one. They don't have stock of the same cameras but a cheaper one for R640. I paid R1400 for this camera only 6 months ago. They came to my house to fix their faulty camera, but I have to pay them a call out fee of R380. I am still waiting to hear from them what they going to do with the camera they took from my house. They don't reply my Wapp message for a week now.
