Extremely Poor Service

Extremely poor service. Fitted new garage doors of which one was problematic from day one. There seems to be an installation issue as the door is misaligned and do not open fully most of the time. The wheels derails which is obviously an issue. Have been trying for month to contact the owner without a single response.
