It took us a long time to find a pool installer we could trust. We were quoted by some installers (from very big name companies) who seemed to just want to make a quick buck out of us. Installing a pool is an expensive investment, and finding the right installer is challenging. I have to say that John made an impression on me from the 1st time we met, his straight, open and honest talk was really refreshing, especially when comparing to the rest of the installers I encountered. Not once did I get the impression that I was speaking to a salesperson, he spoke from experience and from the heart. His quote included a lot of items that other companies charge separately for, which was a good thing, and the package comes with everything you need. He is a no nonsense, straight to the point, very knowledgeable man with a team of professionals working for him. From quoting, to explaining, planning and delivery, John and team managed to complete our pool within 4 days, and this was with one day of no work due to rain. He even went the extra mile regarding an extra addition to our pool to level it out due to our sloping backyard paving.
