Extreme Pools were straight forward in quoting, explaining the whole process to me. When I signed the quote, I was ready to be wowed. THEN the borehole drilled to fill and maintain the pool was no borehole at all, and John was very patient while I had to sort this out and get a new drilling company. Again I want to say thank you for all your patients during this time, as it put your schedule out of wack!

I am very pleased with the outcome of the pool. John is like a sergeant major wanting everything to be done according to specification. Which I appreciate, rather do things right the first time. He went the extra mile for me and I want to thank the whole team from the bottom of my heart. When everything is done, it will look absolutely stunning...
