Timber harvesting

The Director of this company grossly over committed and under-delivered, after freely taking an all risk and responsibility tree harvesting contract, on private property in KZN Midlands. Harvesting teams were inadequately supervised, which ran rogue overstepping clearly defined property boundaries, affecting neighbouring property too, yet also leading to extensive damage to our own property as sections earmarked for protection were inconsiderately imposed upon. Contract was then breached when the Director got confronted, and who has tried to blame his customer, avoiding all responsibility, accountability and liability, all attempts at dialogue towards a solution, and has attempted to evade and disrupt the judicial process that followed. His personal intent to then destroy our livelihood was also expressed, alongside ************ and a threat. A disastrous and very expensive experience, with invoices left unpaid, commitments left unfulfilled, risks & responsibilities left imposed on many others, and far more. Dishonesty prevails, behind a promising facade. This firm is in no way to be recommended, following these most regrettable experiences of ours.
