Very ********* business. One hand does not know what the other hand is doing in this company.

Terrible service. Contacted Extreme Inflatables KZN to book an inflatable waterslide for my daughters birthday. They checked their bookings and confirmed that the waterslide is available. I confirmed the booking with them and gave delivery address. The day before the party they contact me and tell me there is nothing available for me and that ALL of their slides were "double booked". How poor your administration must be to double book multiple items I don't know. One hand does not know what the other hand is doing in this company.

I strongly believe that they got a "I will pay you extra" offer and therefore decided to cancel my confirmed booking as the company checked their bookings and confirmed that the slides were NOT booked when I confirmed my booking.

Don't waste your time with this company, you will come out very disappointed. Very unprofessional and having a confirmed booking with them means nothing.
