*****ING CUSTOMERS MONEY

They have a very smart payment arrangement where you pay 3 years in advance on your credit card budget facility not explained to me that is how it work from the start until it comes to swiping your card. For me being VERY fami**** with the NCA and CPA acts asked Hein personally about the cancellation and HE confirmed that they will refund if i have to cancel deducting a reasonable penalty fee which i agree with is only fair. I moved from PVR October 2014 and was unable to gym at Extreme Health and Fitness as it is about 40km from where i moved to i contacted them and they confirmed the amount that they are going to refund 3 day later is been 1 YEAR AND 3 MONTHS now. Still nothing keep phoning and getting the same excuse Hein is not available to talk to and they have a meeting that same day regarding the refunds to the customers and will get back to me the next day!!
