Refuse to pay back client

On the 05/07/14 I signed a contract with Extreme Health and Fitness gym in Elarduspark/ Pierre van Ryneveld. The contract states R225 per month for 36 months. Vince scrached over the R225 and make it R9050. I have all the evidence on the slip and on record where he admit his guilt. Katherine just refuse to pay back my money. They deducted the R9050 4 times and the bank revised it 3 times. The bank refuse to revise the money again. The even charged me bank interests and bad payers fee after I closed my account. The last debit order was put through even if the account was closed. I send all the bank statments to KATHERINE and she said she want to get the date when the many went off for the last time. It dated 05/07 and not 03/12/2015 and refuse to pay my money back. The first debit order went off when I was oversees and could not pay my hotel fee's. I was even in hospital last year diagnosed for burnout and this was the main cause of it. This caused me almost ANOTHER R10 000 medical costs out of my pocket. MARK also do not want to do anything from his side. It is now 9months after the contract is cancelled and they still have stories after all the evidence of their guilt
