CONTRACT

I joined the gym in January 2015. The consultant explained to me the payment details and said that after 6 months I will be able to cancel the contract if I feel so. The contract was for a 36 month period. As the full amount was deducted from my account, I wanted to cancel. The lady told me that a joining fee is not refundable. On the contract, as I see now, the consultant wrote under Payment method that the initial period is 169 x 36, and under joining fee the total of R6083 plus a R100 card fee. This all seems like calculations, but the lady said that the joining fees are R6083. On the counter there is a special for R600 (Elite package) joining fee. But my joining fee is R6083. She dont want to let me speak to the owner and her attetude stink!!!!!!
