No after sales service from this supplier

Had an agreement with Billy from Extreme Guttering to install new seamless gutters on my house as I was intending on relocating, and wanted the old gutters replaced. We agreed on a price, and a date for installation. Billy missed the initial installation date, and his team arrived the following day whilst I was at work. I therefore never inspected the work as I arrived home in the evening. A while afterwards i went out to take photos of the house exterior for the estate agent, and noticed that the roof tiles were no longer in line, and some were no longer latched to each other. Beside that, the guttering was not even, and ran at different angles. I sent Billy a message on the 21st of Sept asking him to come see me, and again on the the 28th of Sept. I am still waiting for him to come and see me so we can rectify this issue. I cannot put my house up for sale as the roof is not right, and my time is limited. His website states that there is a 15 year guarantee on workmanship. *******! Avoid this company at all costs. They will come do the work, take your money, and that is the end of it, no after sales service, and ******* workmanship.
