**** perfume
Definitely counterfeit perfume. Bought 2 bottles of Narcisse Rodriquez and wow! How ****, ****, ****. Been using this perfume for years and this is just without any shame counterfeit. Very obvious bottles tops were taken of, damaging the original bottle, and filled with ****, watered down perfume. So DISSAPOINTED

I am so sorry that you got a bad batch. We have ISO9001 certificates showing that they are not ****. You are welcome to send me the batch number underneath the bottles and we can check on their circulation and batch issues. We do send out Disclaimers to all our customers and have it on the website as well, which tells you exactly what you are buying and that is also on our website (For those ordering online)
98 % of our customers are very happy with the product as they know that they should not be comparing it to an item in Edgars for eg. (As stated on Disclaimer sent to you)
These are Factory rejects (For many reasons) and not counterfeit ... Counterfeit is your D grade Imports
Please send me the batch numbers and the photo's of what you are saying about the bottle and then we can look into it for you.

12 Apr 2019, 07:57 Please note that our products are not counterfeit (We have ISO9001 certification from the Supplier) As per Emails sent to you or Disclaimer on our website, which was accepted by yourself (see some of the points accepted by yourself, before purchasing the product) We have a perfume called Dior Oud Ispahan that sells for almost R15 000 in the shops that we sell for R380 (See the difference)
Also note that we have Customers that have been to overseas countries that have told us that our product is exactly the same as the one’s overseas in the shops
