Non existant service and taking money without offering the services paid for

On the 25th of April 2020, I paid Extreme Companies for: 2 websites Designing = Logos Designing = Digital Business cards Designing = Digital Flyers Advertising and Marketing = Facebook and WhatsApp

TO DATE...... NOTHING I have paid for has been done

The owner keeps dodging my messages, ignoring my calls and (even) deleting my e-mails without reading them

I have asked REPEATEDLY to refund my money as 28.5 weeks later, I have not received the services I paid for
