Extreme Cleaning (Paul) - AVOID!!!

Paul Adams (www.extremecleaning.co.za) is an "extremely" good salesman and good at marketing his company but thats about it. Avoid if you don't want hassles after confirming a job with him. He overpromises and does not deliver and I highly advise choosing another company after my experience.

He sent 5 emails / msgs in 2 days pushing to confirm the job and demanded 50% payment upfront. He clearly stated over and over that he will be there to supervise the job. However, he left after a few minutes from what I was told and he was also not there when I returned 30mins before expected time of completion. Half the work had to be redone or was not done. He argued and eventually did the job as he initially promised. Immediately after that, he sent around 10 emails / msgs in a space of 3 hours demanding payment after I said I will do it after finishing meetings I had. I asked for an invoice after making final payment and he refused to answer any email or messages I have sent.

The quote from Paul was the most expensive I got as well. I expected good service and attention to detail for this price but was far from it. Cannot believe owners like this still exist! Look elsewhere!
