Pathetic service.

So we took our caravan to this company to have the tent modified. Vaughan Greene was present when we explained what we wanted. We left the caravan and tent with him and paid the deposit. Fast track to the collection day, I went to see the results but he had already taken the tent down. I asked him if everything was correct? He said yes. I paid him instantly in good faith. 4 days later due to the rain we put the tent up. Only to find that the zips didn't correspond on the one panal. The pole straps were on the outside where they should be on the inside. My wife contacted him explaining the situation. His response was mistakes happen bring it in.... He will not collect it even if it's his error. Why should he lose 2hrs of his work day? I must bring it in.... Why should I lose time from my work when it was his incompetence? Clearly this is a business that bends over backwards to accommodate you at quote level but once final payment has been done there is zero consideration for the ppl who provide him with a living. In the end I had to take it in to him and he did rectify the issue however it cost me extra to fix his error. Terrible customer service and in future I will rather travel to a different province than use him again. My advice is pay only once the result has been put in place and confirmed correct, as he has zero ethics.
