Worst service ever!

We moved into a new house and found a beehive in the chimney. I contacted Eugene who came out and told me that he would take care of everything. He actually had a friend with him and when I asked them what we would do if the bees came back, they laughed at me and told me that after they had done their job, the bees would never come back and if they did, then they would come back and deal with it. It has now been over 4 months since that initial visit. I have tried calling Eugene more times than I can remember. He answered one of my calls and told me a long story about all sorts of problems he had been having and I told him that I was really very sorry to hear that he had been through such a rough time and he then promised me he would come out the following week to finally deal with our problem. Once again, after changing an appointment to make sure that I would be home to meet him, he never arrived. I called him and once again he stopped taking my calls. There are actually no words to explain how frustrating it has been dealing with Eugene. The worst part of this whole situation has been that my eldest son has a heart condition and when he got stung, it cost us a doctors trip and a whole lot of pain for him for 10 days after that due to not being able to take regular medication. After that my 8-year-old was stung as well. My children were actually too scared to sit in their own lounge and all the time they were asking where the man was that had told me he would definitely sort our bee issue out. Such a bad example for my children to see that adults don't keep to their word. I would never ever recommend Eugene or Extreme bees to anyone.
