a total distater compnay

just wanted to share the horrible experience i has with the lady from Extravagant Events. her name is Marika. i hired here to do my baby 1st birthday party event which was to start at 12pm. i was in contact with her a few months before this sending her ideas and pictures as well as a map of exactly how i wanted everything. on the day when i arrived at the venue at 11.30am her team had only just started setting up and she was no where in site. they mentioned she had fallen sick (which she didnt even advise me on the morning to let me know) instead her driver and anther guy was setting up. i explained to them that my guests are arriving and they were in a hurry and put up everything wrong and not what i had asked for.not even the colors were correct. most things i asked for was not there and i paid in full. they took another 1.5 hours to finish and my guests sat and watched them put up decor.

i called her and asked for a refund for the things she did not supply, she came up with excuses of her mother been sick then her. then she blocked me and does not take my calls anymore. i have let it slip but i will never use this event company EVER again and i don't recommend it on a professional level to anyone. empty promises and no level of professionalism to handle clients and make them feel at ease.
