Unprofessional & deceptive services

Unprofessional and deceptive services! I am absolutely appalled, as I had paid in full (As per the ts & cs) & confirmed designs as well as s**** fed my design concept early parts of the week. My delivery for business cards & an advert board was not delivered @ all, not even on the day of the event or after! I had called Rorisang Roxiie Tlhoaele (the owner) almost every hour the day before & on the event, whom advised the courier company had the items, however not so. I had contacted the courier company & the order number does not exist, at this point I doubt any of my orders were processed! I even opted for him to drive out @ any time to deliver, should they finalize prints later. His excuse was due to load shedding the prints were delayed, understandably for a few hours of delay (not days on). You run a business, you have clients paying you for a service & rely on that completion, do not be a ***ard & let them down @ the very last minute. The event would have been a lot more successful with my sign & advert boards and business cards included with my portfolio. I am extremely disgusted! My refund was received upon mentioning I will take them up legally. I have all traces of contact should the owner chose to lie regarding this incident.
