I purchased 2 Shih Tzu girls for my breeding program from Monica Green/ Tromp on 7 June 2025. The owner/groomer/breeder at Extraordinary Doggy Parlour & Breeders in Boksburg The girls were supposed to be registered with GEAR I received both girls on the Saturday morning, no papers and no vaccination record/vet cards. The breeder, also the owner of Extraordinary Doggy Parlour promised to take the vet cards to my husband's work the next week. Paperwork was supposed to be done over the weekend so the registrar could do it on the Monday. Nothing came of these promises. I asked about the paperwork and vet cards again on 23 June, she responded on 24 June with a promise to deliver the vet cards on that Thursday and to sort out the registration papers. Again nothing came of the promises On 27 June I asked again, I was again met with excuses. As from 6 August she is no longer responding to my messages, she won't take my calls. She has even gone so far as to ignore messages from our registrar at GEAR. I am at wits end with this breeder/groomer. I paid for registered dogs that was supposed to be inoculated and dewormed. I have even offered to pay for the registration. I have received nothing except my dogs and excuses And to add to this whole nightmare the Liver nose Brindle girl we named Katelyn had to have an operation that was quoted at R4000 to R4500
