Dissapointing
I have been trying since May 2026 to resolve a simple billing issue with Extramarks, without success. I only have one child, but due to a problem on their platform I ended up paying for two subscriptions. The first Grade 8 subscription never worked, despite appearing on my account. After numerous emails and phone calls with no resolution, I had no choice but to create a new profile and purchase a second subscription so my child could continue learning. I repeatedly requested that the duplicate subscription be cancelled and that I be refunded or credited, but nothing was done. I eventually asked for all my subscriptions to be cancelled, yet the debit orders continued. Very disappointing customer service. A simple issue should not take months to resolve.
