Terrible customer service at extra pets blairgowrie

I have been going there for Over a year and they hardly ever have stock of anything, it's absolutely pointless going there if you have any other pet apart from a dog, because their inventory is terrible, the staff there apart from the young black guy are all absolutely horrible especially the little white guy, he's rude and so is the young girl, it's like customer service with a smile does not exist to them. I was even basically chased out while talking to someone in the shop about my new python, the young white man interrupted me in the middle of a sentence and said okay bye. I mean what the hell is that!? Not to mention he doesn't greet when properly when I walk in and once I have paid for my stuff he won't even say cheers if I do it first, no manners at all. And their prices are a joke. Every week for a year and a half I go there and the attitude still stinks. As of today I have decided to take my business elsewhere even though it's a further drive it's worth it. Extra pets really needs to get their ducks in a row and either train the staff properly or find new staff. And the knowledge on reptiles is bad! Wow! Real bad. The money they are saving at extra pets by employing immature students is highly affecting the business. I'm just thankful to have found somewhere else, extra pets is terrible
