BAD SERVICE from Extra Pets Blairgowrie

19 May I bought a pet jersey for a boy which was a little long underneath seeing that it was intended for a male dog. I told the sales assistant lady that if it didnt fit i would bring it back. she said i was welcome to but tried to persuade me to alter it myself. On the 20th May i brought the jersey back in original packing including price tag and hanger. As i walked in she told me that if i didnt have the till slip she would NOT change it; I told her i dealt with her the day before and she had told me i could return it , I said i would be prepared to do an exchange; she flatly refused to listen and took back the jersey, with no refund to me. So i am out of pocket with NO jersey. I had always supported this little shop from now on i WILL NEVER use this pet shop again, and tell all my friends to NEVER use this shop again.
