Customer service is excellent After purchase care is excellent Value for your money. I have been a client of Extensionaire for over 5 years and it would take a WW3 for me to use any other extensions.

I get the most heartfelt compliments about my hair. My latest order the color I got was lighter than the color I had my hair Coloured ( not extensionaires fault) I quickly phoned customer care and explained the big issue I had and the company gladly sent me new color extensions after I sent back the first order in the same condition I received it.
