Dissapointing quality.

Ordered a set of clip in extensions and was very dissapointed in the quality. One of the clips were broken, and there were just a bunch of short, 1 or 2 clip pieces. There were no longer 4 or 3 clips pieces, so it just seems like I got the leftovers of a few packs. The thread used is an obvious, cheap looking yellow on darker blonde hair. There are a lot of broken strands as well.

I reached out to them via email, however received no response.

I've ordered a set of clip ins from them before and the quality was amazing, so I know I must've gotten the worst of what was left. I also received a 4 clip piece, 3 clip piece, some 2 clips and then single clips. Not just a bunch of small and choppy pieces like now.
