No Go Exstrem Gas Shop Parklands.

We were looking for a Gas Fridge for our Camp Site, for a while. Then I found Gas Extreme. They had one, it was a bit pricey but we needed it. So I visited the store. I should have known then already here is a problem.

As they had no units in stock or on display. Then I asked to purchase said Fridge. After which I was told I have to pay the full amount of R7800 up front for a 100L gas fridge. No option about a deposit, no full price.

Then I was told it would take 3 weeks to get to the store.

After 3 weeks it took numerous calls & threatening I will cancel the sale, and a visit to the store, after which I only received the fridge 5 weeks later.

Got home and opened the fridge, and what do I discover. Its a used Fridge, either as a display unit or who knows. As the Protection plastic on the unit has been removed, the doors were not taped closed any more. The Main Box was open and damaged.

No discount from the store offered or any excuses. Really BAD unacceptable Service from Extreme Gas Shop Parklands.
