Money down the drain

We had a very expensive borehole installed with ExSolar, which failed after 1 year and 4 days. It took them 6 months of various attempts to give us water (paying at every visit) and now 18 months later the pump has burned out and we are told that it was too small and not fit for our purpose. These people are just neither capable or professional and I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole. A one star rating is too high.
