Exsolar Somerset West's terrible service

Bought a faulty solar unit from Exsolar Somerset West. After 3 visits to the store to try and get them to replace/fix the unit, a lady by the name of Tanya de Klerk said they would send a technician to our house to try and fix the problem. 3 weeks later - no show. Made contact again and same person after many excuses said the unit is out of warranty. ????? It never worked from day one.! Out of warranty within 2 months? Terrible service, terrible management.
