Jonathan swan -Exquisite pool services-**** COMPANY for pool services

<p>My wife found Jonathan's Details online and gave him a call. He asked for an upfront fee of R1300 for an initial clean up and for the month of July which my wife paid. He cleaned up my pool last Friday which was the 29th of July and the next day guess what....pool was still green and pool basket missing. We called Jonathan Swan and he was extremely rude and not interested in coming to have a look. We sent him an sms asking for our gate remote back and he stated he left it in our post box!!! How dangerous and we had no clue he had left it there all along. We told him he could keep the upfront fees which he didn't even deserve. I decided to clean my pool myself. He also **** about the shock treatment as it fixes your pool overnight.....pathetic service and I urge all my customers please beware. After posting a review on his facebook page, he called me within 5 minutes extremely upset that we caught him out and deleted my post. So much for honesty. </p>
