EXQUISITE POOL CARE - JONATHAN SWAN

I was renting a house in Woodbush Road Waterfall that had a pool maintenance contract included with Exquisite Pool Care run by Jonathan Swan. He insisted he wanted a gate remote to have free access to the property, which I refused due to security concerns. From that moment he was extremely rude and abrupt when I had the misfortune to speak to him. The pool got progressively greener and greener over the time I was there and every Friday his guys would arrive, scrub the walls a bit, dump a whole lot of chemicals in it, which made not an iota of difference to the water quality and spend a total of about five minutes "maintaining" it. When I complained he said it's because I wouldn't give them a remote so they could come regularly to maintain the pool. Since I work from home I told him that wasn't an issue, they could come in whenever they wanted. They came in twice a week and the water quality remained the same. I've since moved to a house nearby and wouldn't under any circumstances recommend this company, not only was the actual pool maintenance very bad, but his idea of customer relations leaves a whole lot to be desired.
