Game Store Festivall mall (Kempton park)

Hi guys, I bought a Samsung 32L microwave from Game in Festivall mall on the 02 February 2016 ,On the 22 April 2016 the microwave stopped working an I returned it to the shop on the 23 - April - 2016 ,This microwave didn't even spend 2 months working.now its been 10 working days no respond ,I tried calling them and the lady who answered my call in Customer service told me that they can give me temporary microwave to use until the problem is solved ,and she promised that her manager will call me to arrange everything .I have been waiting for their call and no one called me. I find this unacceptable and I paid this microwave cash to help me warm up my food and now its winter I cannot warm up my food or have left over because the food will be cold.
