I am very disappointed with Dennisha's service and very unhappy with my nails. When I got home after the appointment and I washed my hands only to realized that the nails were terribly done. My nails were not filed evenly and they are all different sizes. They are not evenly painted as I can see the **** tip nails underneath some. My cuticles are more damaged after she did my nails. Worst about it all, the glue under my nails are are stuck to my skin, which is pulling. I noticed she was in a hurry to finish me and go home and I picked it up when she passed a comment about attending to client after hours. Her behavior towards a customer is unacceptable as I did not force her take me at 4 pm. Also adding that she did not charge her machine fully before I arrived and used that to take her frustration out on me. I will not ask for refund because business is business. However, I had to redo my nails at additional cost because of how untidy it has been done.
