Worst ever

Stay far away! Firstly when we looked for kitchen hardware, we were assisted by Chris Hewetson on 3rd October who was sniffing and sneezing all over the showroom floor without appropriately excusing himself from service in the midst of a pandemic! He then commits to a tap arriving in 3 weeks from the date which has already been ordered and a sink arriving in 2 days from confirmation of purchase. The tap arrived 7 weeks later, the sink 3 weeks later! No apologies, no stop gap measure.. continuous lies and emails from suppliers as if they’re just a 3rd party. This is a typical strategy employed to secure your order once you have paid and then playing the covid delay game. If you’re an architect and want your project to be delayed and incur penalties these are your guys! If you like I have the portfolio of evidence to prove all of the above.
