Appalling Service!

Hello Peter, I'm having a problem with exquisite Aluminium. I paid for their services to install a curved framed glass window at my property. Their workmanship is shoddy and I have been in contact with the owner to countless times and he just keeps promising to send people and still hasn't!! This company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced!
