Clearance Certificate app**** for but no feedback if pardon has been successful

Hi.

I hope your able to get answers for me. We would like to know if a clearance certificate has been issued or if there is outstanding information needed. A police clearance has been issued but no feedback from expundgments have been received via email, sms or whatapp to advise if the police clearance and other documentation has been pardoned / approved.

Completed documentation and supporting documents with tracking number TC***ZA was posted from Parow post office (Voortrekker road) on 08 January 2020 at 08:35 am.

We waited the 21 days feedback notice period as indicated in their document. From 20/01/2020 follow up emails was sent *** and later to *** as well as all the persons names i received from read notices (***; ***; ***; ***; Expungements <***>; ***; ***'; ***).

My husband has advised that no SMS, WHATSAPP or EMAIL was received to collect documents from the post office. I also have not received any feedback to my email inquiries. I went to the post office inquiring if there was a document for my husband but was advised nothing was received.

OUR QUESTION IS HAS HIS RECORD BEEN PARDONED / CLEARED AND CAN WE HAVE PROOF PLEASE.
